Step-by-Step Guides

Microsoft Outlook (Windows & macOS)

  1. Open Outlook → FileAdd Account
  2. Enter your email → click Advanced options → check Let me set up my account manually
  3. Choose IMAP
  4. Use these settings:
    Incoming: mail.b.hostedemail.com | 993 | SSL/TLS
    Outgoing: mail.b.hostedemail.com | 465 | SSL/TLS
  5. Username: your full email | Click Connect

Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  1. Settings → MailAccountsAdd AccountOther
  2. Enter name, email, password → Next
  3. When auto-detect fails, choose IMAP
  4. Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
    Incoming: 993 • SSL/TLS
    Outgoing: 465 • SSL/TLS
  5. Tap NextSave

Gmail App (Android & iOS)

  1. Open Gmail → profile icon → Add another accountOther
  2. Enter your email → Next → choose IMAP
  3. Enter password → Next
  4. Incoming: mail.b.hostedemail.com | 993 | SSL/TLS
  5. Outgoing: mail.b.hostedemail.com | 465 | SSL/TLS
  6. Tap Next until finished

Thunderbird (Windows, Mac, Linux)

  1. Open Thunderbird → Account SettingsAccount ActionsAdd Mail Account
  2. Enter name, email, password → ContinueManual Config
  3. Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
  4. Incoming: IMAP | 993 | SSL/TLS
  5. Outgoing: SMTP | 465 | SSL/TLS
  6. Username: full email → Re-testDone
